Winter Drives

It's hard to imagine that a little over a week ago we were packing our bags and leaving Florida. This country is amazing. The ability to maneuver ourselves through so many different cultures and climates within the same nation always gives me a sense of appreciation for where I live.

It's obvious by now that A and I love to travel. I've come to the conclusion that this is how we allow ourselves to have "luxury." We don't have fancy electronics or top of the line furniture. We don't like to vacation at resorts or high end hotels. We almost never go shopping unless we need something specific. But when we've saved up some money we suddenly get the urge to go, go, go! And go we did....

In the past 2 months we've traveled to see family, friends and people we love and miss. Tiring as it may be sometimes it is how we celebrate life and grow relationships. We never regret the effort.

So having slept in North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, I am reminded of how lucky we are to have these places accessible to us. But also that we are willing to access them :)

Happy New Year and Happy Travels to all those on the road or in the air this season!

BPositive and BFree to Travel!

Love always,
B
